OUR PROSPERITY A PROOF OF COVENANT ESTABLISHMENT!

October 31, 2023by Divine Exchange0

Deuteronomy 8:17-18 says “And thou say in thine heart, My power and the might of mine hand hath gotten me this wealth. But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day”.

From the scriptures, we see that no one who served God faithfully was broke, poor and/or needy. The enemy has swallowed his word against the church, we as the church are not church rats. As a matter of truth and by evidence, the ones who were called church mice are prospering and doing financial exploits because of a sound revelation of the truth.

  • Abraham was rich in all things.
  • Moses did not lack anything.
  • David prospered, he even said of the Lord, He is my Shepherd I shall not lack (Psalm 23:1).
  • Solomon was lavishly blessed. He built God’s house with gold. The wealth of Solomon is still an amazement to our generation.

There is a higher reason for our prosperity. When we are given the power to get wealth, it is not just for our comfort and enjoyment but to establish His (Gods) covenant. The Lord says we must keep the words of His covenant, just like Abraham did to guarantee our prosperity. Deuteronomy 29:9, Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do”.

Moses produced water in the middle of the desert, what a blessing. Moses lived in prosperity! Can you imagine what prosperity does for us? When there is a need of any kind, even when it is humanly impossible, after the order of Moses, God will give us the ability to get it.

God gave Moses ability to get water out of the rock.

The Abrahamic covenant is our portion through what Jesus did on the cross. We have been made righteous through the blood and we have been perfected.

Do you know how God sees you?

  1. God sees us as spotless.
  2. God sees us as blameless.
  3. God sees us as beyond reproach.
  4. God sees us as sons not slaves.

Galatians 4:7, says Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

Prosperity is for sons not slaves!

As I conclude, God keeps His covenant, He does not forget. We are the ones who often forget and allow the enemy cheat us out of our blessings. God cannot break His covenant with Abraham, He delights in fulfilling it in our lives and it is visible by our financial prosperity.

Start believing God’s word, receive it by faith and you will work in unlimited supplies in Jesus name!

I pray for you this day that you are financially liberated in Jesus name! Every power that wants to pull you down is arrested now in Jesus name! Amen

Thought for the week…. “The truly successful man is one who knows the Lord, has learned to believe God and can share with others”. God bless you.
